Lisa Farley began her career in real estate sales and commercial property management in 2004.  She joined TCT Commercial in 2010 and currently manages over 1,500,000 square feet of retail, office, industrial, and commercial condominium product throughout the Phoenix Metropolitan area.  Her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to clients make her a highly valued team member at TCT Commercial.  Lisa’s expertise covers everything from building operations to lease administration to landlord and tenant relations.  She readily adapts to new challenges as the market changes and is constantly improving to meet the demands of a highly competitive field.  A Valley native and graduate of Villanova University, Lisa received her B.S. in Psychology with a double-minor in Business & French.  Ms. Farley is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and Southeast Valley Regional Association of Realtors (SEVRAR).

Steve Chader has been a leader in the Arizona real estate industry for over 35 years. He is the owner of Keller Williams Integrity First Realty. He co-owns TCT Property Management Services, LLC with a residential division of 550 single family homes under management and as a commercial sales, leasing and management division responsible for more than 50 commercial assets.  Steve is a contributor to both "The Millionaire Real Estate Agent" and "The Millionaire Real Estate Investor" books and is the co-author of the national bestselling book "HOLD" on how to find, buy, and rent houses for wealth. Steve has served as the Chairman of the Professional Standards Committee for the Southeast Valley Regional Association of Realtors. He served as a Councilman for Town of Gilbert for six years.

Jennice Doty is the Managing Partner and Designated Broker of TCT Property Management Services, LLC.  She has been in the real estate industry since 1979.  Jennice heads the Commercial Property Management division, which specializes in the management of office condo associations, office, industrial and retail.  Jennice is currently a CCIM candidate as well as a member of the National Association of Real Property Managers (NARPM).  She has successfully completed several courses from the Institute of Real Estate Management. Jennice has built a successful full service commercial real estate company while always maintaining quality service and integrity. Jennice serves as Co-Chair of the Commercial Focus Group at the Southeast Valley Board of Realtors.  She served on the Commercial Leadership Council for the International office of KW Commercial. She is also involved in various Commercial Mastermind groups throughout the Valley.

Natalie Effio has been with TCT for over 14 years and has a broad background in both residential and commercial property management.  Natalie currently manages a commercial portfolio which includes retail centers, office buildings,  and office condo associations.  In addition to managing an extensive commercial portfolio, Natalie plays a vital role in business development, strategic planning across all divisions, and overseeing the day to day operations of TCT Commercial.  Natalie, a native of Lima, Peru, is bilingual in English and Spanish.
